Yahoo! Inc.. is an American public corporation with headquarters in Sunnyvale, California (specifically in Silicon Valley), which provides Internet services globally, covering the entire world. The company is famous for its web portal, search engine (Yahoo! Search), Yahoo Directory, Yahoo Mail, Yahoo News, advertising, online mapping (Yahoo! Maps), Yahoo Video, and social media websites and services.
Yahoo! was originally just a kind of bookmarks (bookmarks), the idea originated in April 1994, when the two alumni of the Stanford University professor received a holiday when they go out of town because the big vacation. In the late 1990s, Yahoo, MSN, Lycos, Excite, and other web portals experiencing rapid growth which led to their respective web portals are competing to expand their service reach to Internet users over a long layover on their web portal.
